WAYS TO USE THE LOTUS WHEEL
2. WALL ROLL
27cm or 17cm Wheel
For a more gentle massage, stand up, place the wheel on your lower back, and lean into the wheel. Now, keep your weight on the wheel, and bend your knees to lower into a squat, then rise back up. Repeat until you feel the tension melt away.
3. NECK MASSAGE & STRETCH

It’s time for savasana - with a neck massage. Lay down, place the 17cm wheel under your neck (align the groove with the center of your neck), and relax. For extra relief, nod your head slowly in up-and-down (“yes” motion) and side-to-side (“no” motion).
4. LEG MASSAGE

Sit down, place the 17cm wheel under an area of your leg (hamstring or calf area) that you want to roll out, then use your hands to help lift your body off the ground, and roll back and forth, massaging the muscles resting on the wheel.
5. IT BAND & GLUTE MASSAGE

When I use them, particularly the small and large one it really does helps so much. I have to be more consistent.
I have chronic tension / tightness in my shoulders, traps & muscles alongside my spine. Been using a foam roller for years but have had to leave it behind when travelling so bought the lotus 3 pack so could take one on holiday and also to have a roller in different rooms of the house. Very happy with the product. Am getting more cracks and a bigger stretch with the large wheel compared to my foam roller. The middle size is great for mid-back (just below shoulder blades) and for firmer pressure all round. The smallest wheel is good for upper back & neck but is similar size to my foam roller and rubs on the inside of my shoulder blades so the foam roller is actually more comfortable for that part of my back. But that’s a minor complaint. Overall, the 3 wheels work well together & I use all 3, working my way from largest to smallest in one session. If only buying one, I’d recommend the largest wheel as is most unique, gives the best cracks & most stretch. For those with weak abdominal muscles, the largest wheel would probably also be easiest to use.
